Marketing agency RESULTS GLOBAL has announced the formation of a new digital and social media team to enhance its digital marketing capabilities.
The new division will be led by Katrina Maddox, who assumes the role of Digital and Social Media Director. Maddox, a native of Nashville, began her career at the Grand Ole Opry, where she focused on developing the venue’s social media presence. During her 16 years at Opry Entertainment, she also led digital marketing efforts for Ole Red and the Ryman Auditorium. Prior to joining RESULTS GLOBAL, Maddox served as Digital Director at The HQ, managing social and digital campaigns for singer Carrie Underwood and her fitness app, fit52.
In a joint statement, RESULTS GLOBAL co-leads John Zarling and Jackie Campbell said, “We are committed to building a top-tier team to serve our clients, and we are thrilled to announce the launch of our digital and social media department. Katrina Maddox brings nearly two decades of experience in digital marketing and social media. Under her leadership, the team will ensure exceptional service for our clients across all digital channels.”
Joining the team as Social Media Managers are Lindsey Parrish and Tess Schoonhoven. Parrish began her career interning at Capitol CMG, the Recording Academy, and Big Yellow Dog Music before entering the music industry full-time. She graduated in 2017 from Belmont University with a degree in Music Business and previously worked as Digital Marketing Manager at MV2 Entertainment.
Schoonhoven’s career started as a freelance music journalist, contributing to publications such as American Songwriter and No Country For New Nashville. She later became Editor-in-Chief of the independent digital publication Streaming Dept. In addition, she has experience as a creative manager, photographer, and social media manager collaborating with local artists. In 2023, Schoonhoven joined Venture Music as Social Media Manager.
Conner McEuen will serve as Paid Media Manager. With 10 years of industry experience, McEuen has worked at Insomniac Events, Red Light Management, and Live Nation, focusing on scaling media campaigns, boosting ticket sales, and increasing fan engagement.
